Doing vertimax and joining the MaxxFIT program is the best decision I’ve made for this year’s season. Each vertimax session, I feel like I’ve gotten stronger and better in my technique. I started to see results within 3 sessions, and the MaxxFIT program is an intense full body workout.
Christian is such an amazing trainer and person, as he demands your full potential. He WILL NOT let you slack off. If you want to increase your vertical and overall Athleticism, I will most definitely recommend you to train with Coach Christian.
We selected to send our daughter (Sydnee) to vertimax training through the MaxxFIT program with Coach Christian, in order to increase her vertical and gain strength and endurance for her Sophomore season. We could see instant results within a few weeks, and an overall gain of 2” added to her vertical within a month.
