Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, speed & agility drills, power work, strength training, and core/mobility finishers — everything you need to perform at your best.
Frequency: Up to 7 days a week (follow the full plan or fit it into your schedule)
Equipment: Bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands/mini-bands, medicine balls, and basic strength equipment (barbell/boxes for advanced athletes).
Goal: Build speed, power, strength, agility, and confidence — all while reducing injury risk.
