A dedicated training session exclusively for STVA athletes, focusing on general athletic development, strength, conditioning, and injury prevention. Programming is broad and not sport-specific, designed to support volleyball performance while improving overall athleticism.

LEVEL-BASED ATHLETE CLASSES
1–8 athletes per class. Placement based on athletic testing results.
· Athletic Rookie (Foundations)
For younger athletes (7 – 11 yrs old). Focuses on movement fundamentals, basic strength, coordination, and athletic skills.
· Athletic Varsity 12-15 yrs old (Intermediate)
Typically 7th–9th grade athletes. Builds on foundations with increased strength, speed, agility, plyometrics, and introduction to Olympic lifts.
· Athletic Pro 14 – 18 yrs old (Advanced)
Varsity-level athletes focusing on advanced strength, power, speed, Olympic lifting, and performance-specific conditioning.
