    • Frequency: Offered 6 days per week — follow consistently for the best results

    • Equipment: Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, sleds, turf space, and gymnastic training (pull-ups, toes-to-bar, handstands, muscle-ups, core stability work)

    • Goal: Build explosive strength, move with speed and power, master athletic body control, and torch calories while training like a high-performance athlete

Athletic Performance

  • Description Train like an athlete, anytime, anywhere. Our Athletic Performance Program is a 60-minute workout system built for athletes ages 7–18 who want to get faster, stronger, and more explosive.

    Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, speed & agility drills, power work, strength training, and core/mobility finishers — everything you need to perform at your best.

    • Frequency: Up to 7 days a week (follow the full plan or fit it into your schedule)

    • Equipment: Bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands/mini-bands, medicine balls, and basic strength equipment (barbell/boxes for advanced athletes).

    • Goal: Build speed, power, strength, agility, and confidence — all while reducing injury risk.
